Great news from our vendor Aspen Grove Agriculture… you can now pre-order farm fresh Lamb!
Aspen Grove is pleased to be able to provide you with an excellent quality lamb; lean, tender and mild. Their lambs are raised on pasture and without the use of antibiotics, growth hormones, animal by-products or chemical insecticides. Besides natural grasses, they are fed alfalfa hay with some whole barley, wheat and oats.
Its important to note that all the feeds are grown by their family which allows them to properly control and manage what is fed to their animals.
All of their farming practices are based on long term sustainability and land stewardship.

Café Bel-Air is Edmonton’s first artisan gourmet ice-pops company. Offering vegan treats and all of their popsicles are vegetarian, free of tree nuts and gluten. Emphasizing on local and all-natural ingredients for a healthy, top quality popsicle!
Offering over 80 flavors, such as Mango Lassi, Avocado Coconut Lime, Blackberry Ginger Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Arnold Palmer (sweet tea lemonade) and many more!
What makes these popsicles so popular is that they use mainly local ingredients from Farmers’ Markets and in summer, they also pick strawberries, raspberries, and saskatoons from Upick Farms. Café Bel-Air have also work hard at giving back to the community. They started a “pops for a good cause” last year and have raised $260 for Edmonton Meals on Wheels; the money came from $1 from every sale in the months of March and April 2015. They sell the gourmet popsicles for $2.50 each. This year they repeated this fundraising and have donated a record $310 to Meals on Wheels.
